City Kitchen Catering was founded in 2002 by Gary Mercer and Scott Murphy, who recognized a need for higher-quality service that pushes boundaries and redefines successful catering. They both shared an innate desire for better food, quality, and service.

With this mission in mind, Mercer and Murphy assembled a team of talented and passionate professionals to serve the great city of Houston.
